📍 Meeting & Welcome:
- Welcome Sign: Meet our staff with the Lotus Welcome Sign in front of Immigration. Passenger names are not displayed.
- Staff Photo: A photo of the sign and/or staff will be sent one day before arrival.
✔️ Fast Track Assistance:
- Our staff will escort you through the Fast Track Immigration Lane and assist you until Immigration is completed.
- Service Ends: After Immigration, passengers collect their own luggage and exit the terminal independently.
🛂 Visa Stamping Assistance – Additional USD 5
If you need to complete the Visa Stamping / Visa on Arrival (VOA) procedure, our staff can assist you at the Visa Stamping Counter before Immigration for an additional fee of USD 5 per passenger.
This applies to:
- Passengers holding a Visa Approval Letter who need to obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA).
- Chinese passport holders with an E-visa who are required to complete the visa procedure at the Visa Stamping Counter before proceeding to Immigration.

Upgrade to the VIP LANE for an additional USD 80 per passenger and complete Immigration clearance in approximately 5 minutes, minimizing waiting time.
