We offer a range of services, including expedited check-in, security screening, and immigration procedures.2.2. Our services are available to all customers who meet our eligibility requirements, which may vary depending on the type of service requested.
- Booking and Payment
3.1. To use our services, you must book in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service team.3.2. Payment for our services is made as stated on our website.
3.3. All fees are quoted in US $ unless otherwise stated, and include any applicable taxes.
3.4. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time without notice. - Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. You can do this by sending an email to our customer service team or by calling us on our hotline number. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund.4.2. If you need to modify your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Any modification made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will not be eligible for a refund.
4.3. If you cancel your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy, we will process your refund within 14 business days. However, please note that we may deduct a 10% cancellation fee from the total amount paid.
4.4. If you fail to show up for your scheduled service time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4.5. In exceptional circumstances, such as flight cancellations or delays, we will work with you to reschedule your service or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
