📍 Meeting & Welcome:
- Meeting Sign: Our staff will meet you in front of the Immigration Hall with a welcome sign displaying the passenger’s name.
- Before Arrival: A photo of the welcome sign and/or assigned staff member will be sent to you before arrival for easy recognition.
✔️ Fast Track & Full Assistance:
- Fast Track: Our staff will escort you through the Fast Track Immigration Lane and assist you until Immigration is completed.
- Baggage Assistance: After Immigration, our staff will accompany you to the baggage claim area and assist you with your luggage.
- Escort to Exit: Our staff will escort you and your luggage outside the terminal to the Arrival / Transfer Area.
- Airport Transfer: If you have booked an Airport Transfer, our staff will escort you directly to the designated car meeting point.
🛂 Visa Stamping Assistance – Additional USD 5/pax
Available for passengers with a Visa Approval Letter (VOA) and Chinese passport holders with an E-visa who need to complete visa procedures at the Visa Stamping Counter before Immigration.
