📍 Meeting & Welcome:
- Welcome Sign: Our staff will meet you in front of the Immigration Hall with a welcome sign displaying the passenger’s name.
- Staff Photo: A photo of the assigned staff and/or welcome sign will be sent one day before arrival for easy recognition.
✔️ Fast Track Assistance:
- Our staff will escort you through the Fast Track Immigration Lane and assist you until Immigration is completed.
- Service Ends: After Immigration, passengers collect their own luggage and exit the terminal independently.
🛂 Visa Stamping Assistance – Additional USD 5/pax
Our staff can assist passengers who need to complete Visa Stamping / Visa on Arrival (VOA) procedures at the Visa Stamping Counter before Immigration.
This applies to:
- Passengers holding a Visa Approval Letter who need to obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA).
- Chinese passport holders with an E-visa who are required to complete visa procedures at the Visa Stamping Counter before Immigration.
⭐ Priority Lane Upgrade – Additional USD 12/pax
Upgrade to one of the 4 Priority Immigration Lanes (Diplomatic / APTC / APEC / Crew) for faster Immigration clearance.
Lane access is subject to Immigration Officer coordination and approval.
👑 VIP-B Lane Upgrade – Additional USD 80/pax
Upgrade to the VIP-B Lane for premium and faster Immigration clearance, with an estimated processing time of approximately 5 minutes, provided all required travel documents are complete and valid.
