- We meet you with your Name on Welcome Board in front of the Immigration hall
- If you need Visa Stamping we support you at the Visa Stamping Counter
- We escort you to the Fast Track Lane at Passport Control
- After Passport Control we accompany you to the baggage belt, where the ECO Service ends
- If you have booked our car transfer, please go to the meeting point by yourself
REMARK: Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh Airport are at their capacity limits. This means that there are often short waiting times, even on the “Fast Track Lane”.
