- Two staff members will meet you directly at the end of the Jet Bridge with a Lotus Welcome Sign.
- One staff member will assist with the entire immigration process on your behalf.
- One staff member will escort you directly to the baggage claim area.
- Baggage assistance from the baggage claim area to the arrival exit/car pick-up area.
- If you have booked our Airport Transfer Service, our staff will escort you directly to your vehicle.
📍 Meeting Information:
- The Welcome Sign will display a Lotus Flower and your Flight Number.
- Before your arrival, we will send you a photo of the assigned staff holding the Welcome Sign for easy recognition.
- Two staff members will meet you directly at the end of the Jet Bridge after you leave the aircraft.
- Our staff will accompany and assist you throughout the entire process:

⏱️ VIP-B Immigration: Complete arrival immigration clearance in approximately 5 minutes, provided all required travel documents are complete and valid.
