Data Deletion Instructions

At Airlink Fast Track Services, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. If you have used our E-visa or Fast Track (Arrival/Departure) services and wish to have your data removed from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

1. Types of Data We Collect

To process your Vietnam E-visa or arrange Fast Track assistance at the airport, we typically collect:

  • Full name and contact details.

  • Passport information and travel itineraries.

  • Payment transaction IDs (we do not store full credit card details).

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the permanent deletion of your data through one of the following methods:

  • Via Email (Recommended): Send an email to airlink.fasttrack.vn@gmail.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request – Airlink Fasttrack Services”. Please include your Order ID or Passport Number to help us verify your identity.

  • Via Contact Form: Visit our Contact Us page and submit a request under the “General Inquiry” category.

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, our team will:

  1. Verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.

  2. Permanently delete your personal records from our active database within 7–10 business days.

  3. Send you a confirmation email once the process is complete.

4. Important Notes

  • Legal Obligations: Please note that we may be required to retain certain information for a specific period to comply with Vietnamese immigration laws or financial auditing requirements.

  • Third-Party Services: If you accessed our site via Facebook or Google, you can also remove our app’s access through your respective social media privacy settings.
